For Teens Struggling with Frustration, Outbursts, or Conflict
Teenagers often experience strong emotions as they navigate friendships, study stress, identity changes, and increasing independence. While anger is a normal emotion, some young people can find it difficult to manage their responses, which may lead to conflict at home, school, or in social settings.
This 4-week online program for teenagers provides a supportive space to explore practical tools for understanding and managing anger in constructive ways. Sessions are facilitated by an experienced psychologist and focus on building emotional awareness and skills in a non-judgmental environment.
